Terms of Use
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms apply when you use thesavvysystems.com and its free resources. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Our free resources
The Practical AI Playbook, the website guide, and their templates, worksheets and downloads are free for you to use in your own business or job. You may adapt the templates for your own work. Please don’t resell them, republish them, or share account access with others.
Your account
Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are misused.
Acceptable use
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Don’t use the site to break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
- Don’t copy or scrape content in bulk.
Ownership
The site’s design, writing, branding and resources belong to The Savvy Systems unless noted otherwise. Reviews belong to the people who wrote them and are shared with their permission.
Working together
Booking a discovery call doesn’t create a client relationship. Paid projects and ongoing support are covered by a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms for that work.
Information, not advice
Site content is general information. Please read our Legal Disclaimer before relying on it.
Other websites and tools
We link to other websites and tools for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or practices.
No warranties
The site and resources are provided “as is.” We work to keep them accurate and available, but we can’t promise they’ll always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The Savvy Systems isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its free resources.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state].
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email hello@thesavvysystems.com.
