Privacy Policy
Last updated October 22, 2026
This policy explains what information The Savvy Systems collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have. The Savvy Systems is run by Brianna Crossman. Questions? Email hello@thesavvysystems.com.
Information you give us
- Booking a call. Discovery calls are scheduled through TidyCal. The name, email address and any details you enter are collected by TidyCal and shared with us so we can prepare for the call.
- Contacting us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply.
- Free resource accounts. To use the Practical AI Playbook you create a free account with your name, email address and a password. We also record whether you’ve confirmed your email address and when you created the account. Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form; we can’t see them. Creating an account doesn’t sign you up for a newsletter or marketing emails.
Emails we send
We only send account emails, and only to you: a link to confirm your email address, password-reset links, and messages about your account, such as confirming a change or that your account was deleted. They come from hello@thesavvysystems.com and are sent through Hostinger’s email service. Replies come to us.
When someone creates a Playbook account, we receive a short notice with their name and email address so we know who is using it. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
Information saved in your browser
The AI Playbook and the website guide save your progress, notes and checklists in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. If you’re signed in to a Playbook account, your progress may also be stored with your account so it’s available on other devices. Signing out clears it from the browser you’re using. If you change settings in the accessibility tool on this site, those preferences are saved in your browser too.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider and security tools record technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use this to keep the site secure and working. If we use analytics, we’ll only use it in a way that respects the consent choices required where you live.
- Site statistics. We use Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic, to count visits and see which pages are read. We look at these numbers in summary, not to identify you.
- Search performance. We use Site Kit by Google to see how the site appears in Google Search. If we ever turn on Google Analytics, we’ll update this policy first.
- Spam and bot protection. Our sign-in and account forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is using them. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser and device; Cloudflare’s privacy policy applies to that check.
- Fonts. Most of our fonts are stored on our own site, so loading a page doesn’t send your details to a font service. The website guide loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you open it.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect forms from spam. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell or share your information for advertising.
How we use your information
- To respond to you and schedule calls
- To provide and secure your free resource account
- To send the account emails described above
- To keep the website running, safe and useful
- To meet legal obligations
Who we share it with
We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting (Hostinger), site statistics (Automattic’s Jetpack), bot protection (Cloudflare), scheduling (TidyCal) and email delivery (Hostinger email), and only as much as they need. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Links to other sites
This site links to services like Instagram, LinkedIn, TidyCal and the tools mentioned in our resources. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. You can delete your Playbook account at any time, and we’ll remove the personal information connected to it unless we’re required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@thesavvysystems.com. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights; we’ll honor them as the law requires and won’t treat you differently for using them.
Children
This website is meant for adults running or working in businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
